During their visit they enjoyed a weekend break to the Flinders Rangers with Mark and Felicity.

During their stay Mark and I enjoyed a visit to Sydney to visit Sarah and Andy. We had a fantastic weekend and was lovely to meet Andy.

We also enjoyed a number of day trips during their stay. The Adelaide Botanic Gardens, the murray river,

After we said goodbye to Bill and Sue we enjoyed a number of family weekends. On Mothers day Felicity and Mark took me to measure me up some R.Williams boots.

Later that weekend they took me to the Adelaide Hills Botanic Gardens for a wet water to break in my new boots.

With Mark's support Felicity was able to join me to help with biscuit sales this year and this was very special for me. After that she was treated to a fun packed morning with Mark.

Before our trip to the UK we enjoyed a family day out to the Zoo. Felicity's highlight was the bus travel to and from the Zoo.

Before we went on our trip Mark and I worked hard to increase Felicity's walking, so were out most weekends in all weathers.

Before we left for the UK Mark had a great number of field trips across South Australia and here are just a few of the beautiful pictures he took on his travels.

On Marks return he had an assistant.

Mean while Felicity has taking to role playing.

Craft time

My last guide meeting before going on our trip in July was a party to celebrate the fact that I had completed 5 years as a volunteer. Felicity came to join in the fun.

In early July Mark and I took Felicity to a bonfire night in the Adelaide Hills.

We voted and had some great day trips.

The weekend before we were given our 2 months notice from our landlady we had the pleasure of having Sarah to visit, which Felicity loved. "Ishy's Sarah".

The weekend before our flight to the UK we moved our belongings out of our family home and with Felicity's help it was great fun.

And huge thank you to everyone that helped us and dinner with our next door neighbour on our last night was great fun.

Car all packed and here we go for our long trip to the UK.

Goodbye Almond Avenue/
