May started with a sponsored 19 hour walk for The Cancer Council.
I was part of the Girl Guide SA team. Thank you to all the sponsor money. I
raised $150 and our team raised $2,500.
In the second week of May we celebrated Kate’s birthday in style. With dinner at ‘The Kings Arms’, followed by a pub crawl around more of Adelaide vast range of pubs.

During May I have been busy with my new role as a member of
the Occupational Therapy Board of South Australia and the career professional
development subcommittee.
During May I have also been busy with organising and running
my Guide Camp at Woodhouse activity centre in the Adelaide Hills. The camp was
a great success, we had great weather and the girls loved the theme of
survival. Thanks to everyone who supported me with this camp. Today I am happy
to say that I am now qualified to take Girl Guides camping in an established
camp site.
Whilst I have been busy with
the Guides Mark has been putting on his walking boots and walking with Kate in
the Adelaide hills.
